Peace be upon you, and God’s mercy and blessings.

Come to prayer.

Your mujahideen brothers have been blessed by God

Almighty with victory and conquest,

and enabled, after long years of

jihad, patience, and battling God’s enemies,

and guided and enabled them to achieve

their goal, so they hastened to declare

the caliphate and appoint an imam.

There is no god but God.

I have been tested with this great matter. I have been tested

with this trust, a heavy trust,

and so I was appointed over you.

God hears those who praise Him.
