Appeal for Help in Crisis

This is a private message to Brother Hibat Allah,

the Commander of the Faithful,

and a public message to

everyone who sees me.

When the Messenger of God,

peace and blessings be upon him, died,

the apostasy wars were waged

because they had apostatized from Islam,

and after apostatizing from Islam,

they stopped paying the zakat

and alms. So you,

my brothers in God, are our brothers in faith

and in Islam. We appeal to God Almighty,

and we appeal to you, my brother,

Commander of the Faithful, Hibat

Allah. When a man came to Umar ibn al- Khattab,

may God be pleased with him,

and said to him, “Fear God.”

Some of the Companions stood up and said,

“Would you say that to the

Commander of the Faithful?”

He said, “There is no good in you if you do not say it,

and no good in us if we do not listen to it.”

We appeal to those with compassionate hearts,

and we appeal to you, my brother,

Commander of the Faithful,

Hibat Allah. Look at these children.

The bitter cold.

They need clothes.

Look at the state of the tattered tents.

Look, my brother. Look. Look at how

they are. Your Muslim brothers in God.

God is sufficient for us.

Everyone who abandoned and

betrayed his Muslim brothers.

Look here at how people live.
