We, with a population of forty—ninety million, I mean, I can think for myself, and each of you could be the emir, or, I don't know, the treasury minister.

[0:32](https://preview.translate.mom/transcript/NyY2xpS2Yq5j/transcript-of-empowerment-and-problem-solving-in-society?t=32) None of you is any less than any of the others— Who even says that he's an emir, and you and I aren't emirs?

[0:41](https://preview.translate.mom/transcript/NyY2xpS2Yq5j/transcript-of-empowerment-and-problem-solving-in-society?t=41) So if we set this belief straight, then we'll find a way, too, to solve our problem— Each province can solve its own problem.
