Understanding Blood and Soil Absorption

Whatever you pour onto the ground,

it absorbs, whether it's water or

white milk. But when blood is poured on it,

the blood remains

on top of the ground, it doesn't go inside.

Whenever you spill any liquid on the ground,

or oil, or any other such liquid,

it goes into the ground. The ground

absorbs it. But why doesn't

the ground absorb

moment Allah, Blessed and Exalted,

deprived the earth of the ability to dry

blood, so that when any

criminal commits such a crime,

they cannot deny it,

they cannot lie like this, they cannot hide

their crime. That is why the earth

stopped absorbing blood from that time

onward. No matter how much,

even a single drop of blood

falls on the ground, it remains

just as it is. It does not go into the ground.

Any liquid you spill on

the ground, the ground

absorbs it within a day, within two days,

within a month, it absorbs it, and it disappears.

But blood,

that drop of blood always remains

intact in that place.

This is Allah's power.

It is one of Allah's

great signs.
