If I had to describe the Dart to somebody, I'd call it a robot boat that's capable of almost anything. They're built like tanks. They do whatever you push them to do. If you point them at something, that's where they're going.
Not much that's going to stop them. They have a lot of power. They'll go through the waves. They take a good shot. It's a mean little machine.
They're fast. They're nimble. They're good at evasion. They're really durable. It's hard to take them out, so it's really not an easy target.
I'd be hard-pressed to figure out what I would want to try to eliminate these with as an adversary. The GARC is a global autonomous reconnaissance craft. The GARC's not like a jet ski. It's got very tight handling. It can go and go and go.
We don't have much in the way of range limitations, and our top speed's 40 knots. We've got a working radar. We've got a working FLIR, so we can see at night. We can track objects at a distance, and when those different modes of perception work together, it can pick out all sorts of things on the water.
Black Sea is a collection of individuals who are really committed to pushing the edge of science and technology, and we've got drone boats. We're operating them on the water all the time.
