One day, the law about Mustafa Kemal will be repealed.

that the flag was officially intended to be changed,

that even the National Anthem, despite its flaws, was intended to be changed,

By God, most people would not believe it. "This is too much." But I have

repeated it many times. In the İzmir assassination plot, the men involved in the assassination

were three: Ziya Hurşit and two friends.

Fourteen men were hanged in İzmir. Four more were hanged after the trial continued

in Ankara.

Three people were caught at the stage of an incomplete attempt.

An incomplete attempt means failing to complete

the actions necessary to carry out an assassination.

Being caught. A complete attempt is aiming a gun and

firing it but failing to hit. Under the criminal code of that day,

the perpetrator could only be sentenced to death

if the assassination took place. That is, he had to aim, fire, and hit.

Mustafa Kemal had to be dead for you to hang Ziya Hurşit

under the law you had. Yet they were caught at the hotel

before the gun was fired. A motorcyclist they spoke to in order to escape

reported them. An incomplete attempt. You sentenced them to death.

Why did you sentence the other 15 to death?

Because they knew about the assassination too

and did not report it to the government.

Open the criminal code. Is there an article of law saying that anyone

who knows of an assassination and fails to report it is to be executed?

You hanged these men without a law. Why did you hang them?

You would even have hanged Karabekir, one of the opposition.

When the soldiers filled the hall, you

got scared. You acquitted Karabekir.

This is that kind of era. Unprecedented in the world.

Religion will be abolished, the awareness of history will be abolished,

and the established language will be abolished. Because the origins of most

words in the language are the Qur'an. The chance to think in Qur'anic terms

will be taken from the nation. Take note,

conservative television has lost “hayat.” What happened to “hayat”?

Is there a shepherd who doesn't know this, or an uneducated person?

Is there an uneducated man who doesn't know the word “hâkim”?

Conservative writers, artists, TV personalities, judges.

Is there anyone who doesn't know “adalet”? “Yargı,” “kargı.”

Is there anyone who doesn't know “cevap”? “Yanıt.”

The fault of these words is that their origins are in the Qur'an.

Do not forget,

and oppose this. The nation is a historical continuity.

The primary means of weakening this consciousness of continuity

is language.
