And in light of the unjustified aggressions

and the grave violations of Iraqi sovereignty

and the targeting of official security agency headquarters

the council has decided the following

First, to confront and counter the military aggressions

that are carried out by warplanes and drones

which target the official security headquarters and formations

of the Popular Mobilization Authority

and the rest of our armed forces’ formations

by all possible means

in accordance with the principle of the right to respond and self-defense
