It will open new paths for a conflict that the countries of the region have barely

managed to extinguish its flames.

Today the region feels that it is in a state of stability, a state of peace.

The American move might revive the conflict

and make it active again. Dr. Mubarak, we also want to ask, perhaps this

American step was justified by the United States as a response to the

harassment carried out

by Iran against some commercial ships in this strait, and here we ask how the Gulf

states view these harassments during the past period by Iran of those ships in

this strait?

We know that the issue of,

in quotes,“ harassments” is not new,

and it was much more serious than these

harassments. In fact, there was a very major attack on

oil facilities in Abqaiq and Khurais, and there was also an attack

in Abu Dhabi,

and we did not see a genuine American move.

That is why, when I say that the timing

of the move is indeed suspicious, it indeed proves that the United States of

America is, in quotes, an empire of war.

It does not extend or live except by fueling conflict, but this time it collides

with the wisdom of Riyadh and the rationality of Abu Dhabi and their shared

interests and the region’s interests in the agreements of peace that were signed,

and with the peaceful intervention announced by China through its sponsorship of

the historic agreement between Riyadh and Tehran,

as well as the return of our brothers

in Syria, and the visit of the Turkish president that you mentioned to Saudi

Arabia, and then to the Emirates and Qatar, which means that the region is indeed

moving toward something better.

We hope that the United States of America will fall within this framework that

pushes the region toward more peace, more stability,

and that it will contribute to solving the region’s issues, not managing them.

Today we hold the initiative in resolving the situation in Yemen,

the initiative through resolving the complications with the Iranian side,

and we hope that the United States of America will support these efforts and not…
