Nasdaq Trading Analysis and Strategy

Here we have the thirty-minute time frame on the Nasdaq. We can see price has traveled higher, and we've made this swing high up here and then a higher high over here. Now, this high here is the true high. That's because it's confirmed with the rejection block failing to

close above this swing high. I'm therefore going to anchor the dealing range high at the rejection block and the dealing range low at the bodies down here. And then I'm going to grade this

entire range. Now, notice what happens here. After we turn around, we see price close below this swing low, leaving this fair value gap. We then see price trade into that fair value gap. Notice that it's not closing above

consequent encroachment. This suggests weakness. Now, we see price continue to consolidate until we get to this dotted line here, which is twelve AM.

The opening price of this down close candle over here is the opening price at twelve AM. We can see that price drops lower after twelve AM and into our twenty-five DRT level. Notice it overlaps with a fair value gap to

the left. Also note the bodies here. They're failing to close below that lower twenty-five quadrant of that initial buy-side imbalance here that we can see shaded in this blue area. We then see price run

higher and sweep above this near-term swing high, leaving a balanced price range. We can take an entry over here and then target the dealing range high above. Now, this is all a part of my DRT model, and I'm going to
