US and UK Emergency Preparedness Plans

America issues a warning to all its bases.

Rely on yourselves for 90

days without water, food,

electricity, fuel, or even

communications. And Fox News, Donald

Trump's closest channel,

literally called the plan the Doomsday Plan.

Right after that,

we find Britain running the same campaign,

but this time calling it Be Ready.

Meaning, be prepared.

Pack a bag with enough food and water for

how long? Three days.

That's not me talking, that's British Defense Minister

Ben Wallace.

He came out right afterward and said,

"Guys, don't worry, there's no crisis."

Okay, if there's no crisis,

why are private factories in America

that aren't affiliated with

the government now preparing to

switch to military production?

And strangest of all,

all this is happening eight

days before the U.S. midterm

elections. Like I always say, I don't believe

in coincidence in politics,

so I'll connect this whole

story for you in a few minutes.

Secretary of War Pete

Hegseth and sent in complete secrecy to U.S. bases

until it leaked on the 25th.

only trustworthy one,

and he's the one

who gives it his statements himself.

The strangest thing is the date

all these details were published.

As I said, it was a few days

before the midterm elections.

According to the documents

Fox News talked about,

every base in America must be

able to survive three months

on its own. Its electricity without

drawing from the government grid,

water

without relying on

the government grid,

and it must have stored fuel or gasoline

and a way to communicate with

one another if satellites

are jammed. So how?

Through small mobile nuclear reactors,

or, as it was written, huge power banks

Or, I mean, portable power banks.

Besides having spare parts

and medicine. Everything needs

to have more than one source,

two sources.

That’s what was written in the

reports or the leaked secret documents.

Among the leaked plans is the factory

plan I told you about at the beginning.

Something called the Civilian

Backup Manufacturing Network.

What does that mean? Just as there

are state- owned factories,

there are private factories.

These private factories are now being given

contracts and protection

specifications against

cyberattacks, so that if this crisis

hits them, they can convert within

days and make weapons and spare parts

for the army, and receive regular training.

But the bigger question

now is, this report is secret,

so how did Europe find out?

What happened on

October 23 isn’t new.

Britain told its people to keep three liters

of water per person per day, canned food,

a flashlight, batteries, and cash,

in paper form, not on a phone or card, and all that.

A month earlier, this same

defense minister said what?

He said that Russia's threat has become

greater than ever before,

and that Europe is ahead of

us on this issue, because

the entire European Union issued a

statement in March 2025 saying that every

citizen should have food and water for 72 hours.

So much so that the

Netherlands, Sweden,

and Norway printed a booklet for people

saying this. Germany, on the other hand,

told its people how long? It told them ten

days.

In other words, the number gets

bigger the closer you get to Russia.

Europe has understood something we've

always said for a long time: those who rely

on Americans are left exposed.

When America itself prepares its bases to survive

without

the state, Europe must prepare its

people to survive without America,
