Discussion on Audio Leak Accountability

I dug up a quote from the now- former minister, who says, “At the time when you say there were leaks and all that.”

But please, what are we talking about? This man is aware that there have been a series of leaks, and yet we don't know why he doesn't feel responsible.

From the very beginning, never, at no point, has he tried or even b-bothered in the slightest to say, “Ladies and gentlemen, this is— this is a crime, we're going to go after the people responsible.” ADIF has never come forward and said, “It was our people, huh? A leak has occurred.”

This should have been kept under some kind of chain of custody.

And, and, and, and suddenly he's speaking, he's admitting it.

Besides, in, uh, I think at the first press conference or the second, he was talking about the the age of the alleged colleague.

He was talking about having spent two hours in the bathroom.

He was talking, uh, about— Very specific details.

I don't know, just, I don't know what else this man had left to say.

And he keeps insisting over and over that he hasn't mentioned anyone, that he hasn't pointed anyone out, that he hasn't singled anyone out.

We know physically how the, the audio recordings are taken out.

That is, Óscar Puente goes to the control room— Because that's in Atocha, right?

In Atocha. He says it at the press conference, he says: “At nine forty, I'm in the Atocha control room and I start listening to those recordings.”

Who gives him the recordings? Where do they come from?
