But when I was in high

school, I think back on

what that was like, and

when I remember it,

well, how should I put it…

I feel nostalgic.

Watching her makes me

feel nostalgic, so

I've made plenty of

mistakes myself,

in everyday life

and in skating.

So it makes me feel

— nostalgic.

— A twist.

Can I answer this one now?

We still can't

consistently land our levels,

but

I'm confident in the height

of my twist, so

as one of our strengths,

I think it'll be the triple toe twist

to start with.

And one more

would be the throw Lutz.

— You like Lutzes, right? I think. — I'll do my best.

Our goal is to get through

the short and free programs cleanly.

That's the goal,

but

we don't want to put too much pressure on ourselves.

We'll practice what we can do

and do our best to give it everything—

we've got.

The person I was before,

up until last year,

deep down, I think

I'd already lost somewhere inside.

That feeling of giving up

was, how should I put it, maybe

there even if I didn't say it

out loud. But now,

since I started skating

with Miura

this season,

I truly feel

that I want to go

higher and higher. That feeling

has really come out now,

to keep pushing and hang in there.
